2012-2015 LED DRL-$140

Have a set of the LED DRL's for a 2012-15. The set is brand new except for opening up and painting black. Painted with Dupli-color color match paint and then clear coated. I decided to go a different route.

Where do these go?

 

Right under the headlights. They replace the body piece that is the there.

Not my truck just showing for example.

These are the ones from Amazon that come unpainted. I painted them with Dupli-color paint that matches the black. Then about 3-4 coats of clear. And the pictures show everything.

Pictures show everything: control module and wiring, the LEDs are already screwed into the painted pieces, in-line fuse and assorted zip ties and connectors.

Mr Ed is there a dash switch that comes with the Amazon kit? Or do they simply tap into your amber lights wire to know when to dim?

 

This one taps into the amber lights. You could add a switch to it easily though. I'm just not as experienced with that stuff.
