These grilles are waterjet cut from a single piece of plate and are then powder coated matte black. Installation is a snap, and doesn’t require any glue like some inserts. Everything is bolted and screwed together with stainless steel hardware. DB even offers a three year warranty against corrosion.

Here’s the installation video for the 2012-15 version. The installation procedure for the 2005-11 is nearly identical.

• Grille insert with honeycomb only - $300.00

Colors available for the TOYOTA Letters are Red, White, Aluminum, Army Green, Electric Blue....The powdercoated letters are affixed to the grille between the 3 X 3 Led cubes with automotive grade 3M double sided tape.

Now, if you already have your cubes, or 20” single row light bar you’re good to go. If not Trail Toys can help. We have found a quality single row LED bar that doesn’t break the bank and will be offering them here. The 20” single row is the bar that will fit the DB grille insert, but feel free to order any length you need.

Each bar uses 5W CREE LED's, has a 6000k color temperature, and can be ordered in SPOT, FLOOD, OR COMBO beam patterns.

Grilles will ship the week after the group buy ends. The lights have a slightly longer lead time, they should ship out three to four weeks after the group buy closes.

Yes, we can make that happen. When you place your order please specify "honeycomb only".

 

I like this... But I feel like I would like it a bit more if it sat recessed into the grill area a bit.

 

This style of grille is a flush fit only. If you're looking for recessed mesh then I suggest you give @HomerTaco a shout.

Let's seem some with the cube grill...step back and take some from farther with the whole truck and different angles. I actually really like that grill and would love to see many more pics and cubes installed and one with the Toyota letters installed )))))))

Thanks for the pics. That looks very clean! Hopefully someone with an 05-11 grille can also provide a pic.
Now that you threw a curveball into the mix, I must decide whether I like the pre cut "Toyota"grille or the one with the added powder coated letters better! lol.
