Just clear coated the spindles. I have everything except the wheels and tires. Tentative install date is August 8-10.

Question for everyone that has installed this setup. The brake lines. What the sequence for the brake lines and bleeding them?

Your welcome, the video pretty much covers it. The only thing I like to do that they didn't is put a clear piece of clear tubing on the bleeder screw & run that into a bottle, like a empty water bottle. With clear you can still see but it keeps fluid fron getting all over the place.
I can't remember what size tubing, I want to say 1/4" but could be wrong.

So I finally got my lift installed this past weekend.

    Headstrong Offroad 4" Bundle:
    MaxTracs
    Bilstein 5100's set at 0
    Dakar Leaf Pack
    OME Nitrochargers

Plus I just added some new Nitto Trail Grapplers 285/65/18. I originally had 285/60/18 Grabber AT2's at stock height so I had already done some trimming, but I had to carve out a little more to keep from rubbing with the trails on. I gained exactly 4" up front and 3" in the rear and currently have about 1/2" of rake. As far as the ride goes I am very impressed! Front is better than stock ride with just the Generals I had. Rear... a little stiff but a LOT less than what I had anticipated from reading other threads about the Dakars. Very happy with the outcome!

You should be able to get in factory specs. I would trim before messin with caster but you could if you wanted too. 285/70/17 should fit that set up without any issues. Maybe some plastic trimming but thats about it. if you didn't wanna trim, for whatever reason, I would just adjust the Icons up a hare.

So I have a wheel spacer question. I am currently 2" over in the front from the spindles and spidertrax. I ordered some 2" spacers for the rear on ebay to even out the front and rear. They were advertised as for the FJ cruiser. Anyway the studs on the spacers are extended and the factory lug nuts are too short. The factory lug nuts also will not fit inside to spacer to be used on the factory studs. So here's the question. Can I order all pro extended lug nuts and use them either on the factory studs or on the spacers studs if the all pro nuts don't fit inside the spacer. If they are 3/4 and not 13/16 they should fit inside. Kind of a dumb question because I know I can make it work but some reassurance never hurts.

Spacers should come with lug nuts (mine did) that fit in the hole & then you use your factory lug nuts on the spacers studs.

The studs on the spacers are extended studs and are too long for the factory lug nuts. Basically I just need to get open ended lug nuts. I ordered the all pro extended lug nuts.

Headstrong only shows the 5100 and 5160 on their website. DSM is also a good vendor trusted by many on TW
