    I know the canadians who built the robot don't want to press charges, but the city or state likely can charge him if they catch him. I know in Texas that the police can file charges for some offenses even if the victim does not want to press charges

    Philadelphia has some rough patches. Surprised he made it through Boston, but at least he wasn't wearing any Yankees paraphernalia. He'd have ended up in the Charles river right off.
