But how much do you like your stock bumper. There is a chance you can get through with no damage, but be prepared that it might happen.

Or you can look at it the way I do... When it breaks.. Time for an upgrade... Press your limits with what you have... Be surprised how far you can go when you don't let your nerves take control... I was always taught... Your truly not wheeling and learning until you get stuck..... Reason I never wheel alone and always go with some one you trust...

And for reference... I learned this a long time ago when I had to leave my jeep on the rubicon due to popping my stock break line.. Had to drive down to auburn with my buddy, buy longer steel braided lines.
There are cool people out there.. I got back to my jeep and some older timer saw it stopped and when I got back he used one of his extras lines to fix my problem ... He was bleeding them with is co-drive as we were rolling up..

I joke. The stock bumper folds no problem. I mash it every time I wheel and it pops back with no creases. I've been wanting to hit up my slick for a while. Hope I can squeeze it in. I want to fish clear lake this weekend and have opening weekend zone C deer hunt scheduled. With preg wife and wild 2yr old it's hard to constantly take off on the weekends. I am going to have to earn some major brownie points

I was just up at slick rock this past weekend. The trail has gotten worse, there is an even bigger bolder in the way. Had to make some serious adjustments to the trail with smaller rocks.

Nothing trail related. Just at the top of slick rock. My battery died and no charger, go figure.

Noticed you guys take some good trips! I'd be interested in doin some wheelin with you guys. You just post the trip times on here and have a central meet up and then head out? How many usually go? Weekend trips or week days and how long? Seems most have short beds...my long bed will prob be at a disadvantage on the tight corners, etc.
