When changing your oil do you guys actually put the 5.5 quarts in? Just asking because for awhile I have always just dumped in one mobile one 5qt jug and called it a day. I check the dip stick periodically after and it is always perfect so I never add the extra .5 quarts. I figured there must be enough oil that didn't drain all the way to make up for it....just a random question.

I should do a poll...I always wondered this.
Sometimes I'll throw in a small amount of my wife's 0w20 left over when I do her honda oil changes (I figure that little amount should mix right in) haha

Best response from a customer I told needed to run a flush.

So I just stick the garden hose in it and flush it out?? Dead serious question. I had to strain very hard not to make them feel stupid and be nice about it

Better off getting some frame box plates and picking up some tube and tabs.

 

That's my first choice but I don't really have a garage and place to get it all done anymore so this would make it way easier. I do have a bunch of tabs and frame plates though.

 

These mounts came in really quick. Much better. 40 vs 16 bucks

I don't know much about recovery points but I'd say the closer to the mounting points the stronger it would be.

Thanks mike.I've got them exact ones printed and been comparing. Figured I'm not selling it for profit so why not. Moved them further out and I'll throw a brace in if need be. Got my holes traced and then need to get my high lift spots cut out which is right off the main bracket
