Pismo makes me think I'm LT, and then makes me want it.... haha. Pretty sure last time I was there I attempted to follow Rojo out after jumping his dead battery, and found myself going way too fast in a section of whoops.

Looks good and I'm sure I'll be jealous when you're on a cushy foam pad and I'm on an airpad

I just realized it's on your roof and not over the bed. Why didn't you do a bed rack?

I like having clean dry storage for when all the dust from the trails gets kicked up. I have a tonneau.

I have an idea for the future though. I talked to Billy from Bruteforce who built my bumper.

I'm trying to get him to build me a skeleton for a softopper on the inside of the bed so you cant see it from outside. Then I'm going to cut holes through the top of the softopper to mount a prinsu toprack to match the accessrac I have. So basically it will have a roof rack on a softopper. I just have to find a way to seal the holes for water. Shouldn't be too hard.

This won't be anytime soon, but I'm really leaning towards it.

So why don't you just get a camper shell? The only reason I like the soft top is that you can fold it down for tall stuff.

I'm between those two. Part of me just wants to do something different. I like the style of softopper and a buddy is selling one cheap.

A camper shell would be nice for the locking ability though.

Like I said, it won't be anytime soon so that means it probably won't even happen... :(

Also a shell if I got one I really wanted would run me like 1.5 grand while a cage to hold the softopper would run me like 500.

The softopper might happen soon! The rack won't! It will be a process!
