Behold......the KB Voodoo Cargo Basket - CLOSEOUT SALE

This basket requires NO CROSSBARS. It mounts directly to the cleat rails with the supplied T slot nuts and 3/8" knobs.

Internal dimensions are 5.5" high x 16" wide x 52" wide.

There will be mounting holes pre-cut for bicycle fork mounts.

The first one will made early this week. Pic's coming soon.

NOTE: May work with some canopies. It is up to the purchaser to review the photos of how this mounts, and determine if it will work with their canopy/topper.

Fits 2nd gen and 3rd gen Tacoma's

This looks like it would fit within a softopper. Would be sweet to have this up against the cab inside the topper for easy access to necessity items.

Exactly what I was thinking. The slope of the sides matches the side of our truck (71 degrees, in case you were wondering).

I plan to push mine all the way up against the cab. It will be out of the way, but right by the can, making it more handy to put stuff in.

 

That's the useful height of the basket. It will stick up past the side of the bed by about 6.5".

It should handle the weight of anything you can fit in it.

Yeppers, it will be topper compatible.

 

I would have liked 90 degree edge front and back to keep it boxed. Straight edges and right angles are usually better for packing and securing. Jerry cans, water jugs, tool boxes, pelicans etc. All square(ish) edges.

Nice concept overall. Great option for folks with canopy. I'd be inclined to mount it at the back within easy reach at the tailgate.

 

can i ask the reasoning being having it above the crossbars? will you be looking at making another version that hangs below? i feel this sits right in my rearview mirror area.

There are already tons of baskets on the market with 90 degree sides. This one will be functional, and look great.
