Haha thanks man. I prefer to stay away from meth inj if I can for off road.

You were nuts last night in your 4runner. Blowing by me on San Felipe wash with all those ruts from the rain storms. I'm like someone is getting a new steering rack if a 2ft drop pops up.

Dude... I was alittle scared not gonna lie. So happy nothing like that came up. But now my alignment is off lol definitely from hitting those huge ruts. But yea. It was my co-driver egging me on to go faster lol but after almost rolling. I was down for anything.

you can go to ocotillo wells with us and the otay truck trail trips stock i'd only ask that you think about a HAM radio incase you do get stuck and so we can relay to the trail hazards but stock tacomas do fine in these areas.

Cool. I saw one was this Friday. I wish I would've checked earlier. I'm kinda scared because my truck is my daily driver, but it's not stock.

A lot of our trucks are daily drivers... Just gotta know when to take it easy.

    We all have our limitations.

Just about everyone is a dd besides a few of us. These runs are set up to drive at your own pace. We stop at every turn or when it is 107 and I overheat, lol. That meet was a little too hot for me. Meet before last someone had a 15 with dealer plates. Truck was only 3 weeks old.

Mine's a daily, too, so I'm not tricked out too much with long travel or anything like that. Just know the limits of yourself and your truck and have fun with it! Some guys mentioned Otay Truck Trail, and I think that's a good first place to go since it's not too extreme

There are a few in Anza. Not sure if they are trails or just dirt roads, but my truck got a pretty good work out there few months ago. If you go further down to Idyllwild, you will find some nice forest trails there
