    Hey guys what's up, new to the forum just got my Tacoma about 8 months ago! Love it but have a question hoping someone could help.
    I'm wondering if anybody could share some insight on what the correct part number is for the front wheel bearing. It's an 03 Tacoma v6 4x4 SR5 automatic. I've looked online and rockauto has about 5 different numbers and range from $35-$90. Just want to make sure I get the correct one.
    Having to replace it myself after I got quoted $490 to fix the front passenger wheel bearing at the shop!

    Its a pain in the ass to do I believe.... I would take it apart and to a shop to have it pressed

    Yes that's what I'm gonna have to do. we have a 50 ton press at our weld shop but I've never pressed in a bearing before and kind of afraid I'll mess up something. I know people say it takes a 50 to press that's a lot of force

    As stated previously, the bearing is a PITA to press out and in. Many people pull the spindles and take them to a dealership to have the pressing done as they are usually best setup for it. There are also a bunch of other parts that are best to have new on hand especially if you have ABS:

    8 hub assembly seal 9031669001
    9 hub assembly seal 9031295001
    10 Snap Ring 9052199114
    12 ABS rotor 4351535010
    13 spacer 4352435010

    Ok I'll probably end up taking the spindle to Toyota then. My ABS doesn't work so should I still replace all the ABS parts as well?

    My understanding is the ABS rotor is a consumable. They typically cut it off and I don't think it is considered re-usable if it could even be pressed off.

    Gonna get ball joints and replace while I'm at it but I'm confused which ones to get because the description says there are ball joints for "w/pre-runner" and "w/o pre-runner"? Mine is 4wd with the rear locker so is that w/o pre-runner?
