Yea for me cordless is the fucttional option. My ground tent could be at any distance away from the truck.

Did you do a carrier bearing drop or have any driveline vibration issues on this suspension set up? Thanks!

I did not do the drop, was told it's optional but not nessesary. It's been a year and a half lifted with no vibrations or issues. All in all have with the Toytec Ultimate lift kit as an affordable kit. Just so happens tho I have blown my rear shocks at some point, my guess being the obvious over extension and/or too much weight. A set of Bilstein B110 5100s should be on the porch today when I get off work! They should give me a little more travel to work with.

Something like that would be great. Could power some lights, phone chargers and a small fan. Only concern, would a specialty charger be required? Or were you thinking of hooking it into the trucks charging system when not in use during the day?

Only downside is I don't think something like that can power a heating blanket, at least not for very long.

I'll have to further research but I'm sure I can alternately charge off the truck. Worst case I can charge off the inverter in the bed.

You just spooked me a little bit cuz that is a need not want. Ash and I camped Vermont in the beginning of June and one night it was so fucking cold we barley slept, did not have enough blankets to keep warm, woke up in the morning to frost on everything and then by noon is was like 80*. Mountain weather can be crazy. Google just confirmed I can get a 12v heated travel blanket. Something like this will do, maybe grab two.. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0000...ed+blanket&dpPl=1&dpID=41k3kSfNSKL&ref=plSrch

Sorry just saw this... I think it would work well but like stated before it wouldn't work a heat blanket very long. I have a 12v fan that I use when it's hot and that draws 2 something amps per hour, so even that would only get about 4 hours out of that battery. It would work great for cell phones and other small devices though

Got in the mail today a set of Bilstein B110 5100s and got them right on the truck. Definitely realized after install how blown out the old 5100s were. This was a maintence while I'm at it upgrade mod. Everything about the B110 is beefier than the the regular 5100s, should do well with the added weight and travel when necessary. While in the wheel well I sray painted everything to fight the rust war.

Thanx for the info! Are you talking bout a household heated blanket? I found some online for vehicles and use 12v power. I don't think I can make the power box unless I can get full function fan and heated blanket in a ground tent, for the fiancé to camp longer throughout the year but an upgrade for myself on solo trips :D

One of my rear 5100s did the same thing on my first trip to Rausch. I ended up going with a set of extended travel Icons, I probably could have saved a bundle by just going with the B110. But the Icons are nice.

Last weekend did some maintence with the help of @JLink. Changed the fluids in transfer case and front and rear diff, changed out spark plugs, replace bushing on my DSM UCAs, and did EBC green brakes with dimple and slotted rotors. Only a couple pics were taken in between wrenching and drinking.

The next day met up with a few other DBs for some wheeling and secret lake fun.
