ARB lockers and 4.88s front and rear, OME 886s, Dakars, etc., Safari Snorkel, 17"Fuel Revolvers w/ 35x12.50r17 KM2s, fenders cut 3" all around, Pioneer AVH-P4400BH w/ Backup cam, CB/PA (PA Installed), Weathertech Digis, Foglight anytime, AP: front bumper, skids, and pack rack, custom sliders, Warn 9.5XP, dual VIAIR 480Cs with a 2.5gal tank, OTRATTW switches galore, URD y-pipe, RCI skids, LF 240s, etc.
I'm pretty sure my light bar whistles on the rack, I think the rack itself may have a bit of a whistle to it, and I'm 99.9% sure that the broken "grill" on my snorkel whistles Dixie going down the highway. But all I know for a fact is that my tires and exhaust are loud enough to drown it all out :D And if that ain't cutting it, it might be time to turn up the radio

At least this. I get more and more orders everyday and with a few new models on the horizon I am pretty busy. My day job is super busy too so that doesn't help.

This might be one of the times that 'don't quit your day-job' doesn't actually work

Yeah this business is certainly headed in the direction of me doing it full time, or passing it to someone else who can do it. Day job is good and has lots of growing room and decent benefits. If it weren't for that I would have already quit and committed to PrInSu full time.

Your turnaround is still incredibly fast for fab work. I'm really impressed that you are working a day job at the same time.

    Keep up the killer work!

Well, shit. Went to try on the top rack on the shell to figure out where to drill.... and it looks like I may not be able to install it on my shell at all :(

Basically the top of my Leer 100XQ has gutters and when I attach the tracks to the racks on inner-most position, they don't clear the gutters. They work ok in the front, but in the back they overlap by a good 1/4"

What the hell do I do now? I don't really see any possibilities outside of cutting the bars, which will make the cab rack wider than the shell rack, building some kind of contraption with cross bars and mounting the shell rack to those cross bars, which will look stupid or just selling the shell rack. Argh.

I have a solution for you. It will delay your install a little bit but it will work just fine. I didn't know the XQ had those ridges. Interesting.

1st gen xtra cab has been available for awhile. Installed one on @CohbsTaco a while back. I think I have mentioned that. They wont be stock items, just built to order. I won't be doing one for the double cab until I find a local truck that is willing to drill holes in their roof.

No rush. What is the solution? I can live with the cab rack for now. Actually used it last night to transport a giant box.

I actually saw couple of identical shells that did not have those ridges. Maybe because mine is an older model? On mine they are 43-1/4" apart in the front at 41-1/4" in the back.

Does the shell-rack come with the tracks, and you drill the tracks onto the shell? Curious for the future.

Yes. At first I mounted them to the side rails directly, but the shovel sat too low and rubbed my shell. I fabbed a couple of risers, painted them with Rustoleum Truck Bed Liner and they look almost like Zach made 'em. Now the shovel clears just fine, and the Quick Fists are very secure. Let me know and I'll make you a set.

Thanks! I don't have the shell so I think I might just run it on the side of the rack!

Nope. Tracks are a separate purchase. You can use either Thule or Yakima, they are identical.
