True, that's why you take pictures. After you call in the claim, if he even has full coverage. Start dissembling and airing it out. Something iddidn'tdo with my z. But Ii didn't want it back anyways. Most insurance company would take 2 weeks after you call it in to come give you a quote

Already made $150 off the storage unit. Just threw an entire Atari set with 4 controllers and some games on eBay as well and still have a couple and tables to sell too.

Its kinda fun. Some units are junk and people pay $300 for it and some units are awesome like ours and nobody wanted it

There was another unit with a broken down craftsmen lawnmower and torn apart Polaris 250 4wheeler that went for $100 but wasn't in my budget if I had to buy parts to flip em.

 

That happens lol. Bought 2 units last year that went straight to the dump

 

Great to hear! If you get them cheap enough you can almost always find a way to recoup your money. One man's junk is another man's treasure. Garage sales work great. That Atari set may big three biggest seller. We have a old school gaming store where they sell the classic consoles for outrageous amounts of money. Retro is in!!
