Yep, still alive. Man I've been so busy at work and trying to find a new job that I have not had time for anything. I haven't been wheeling in way too long, I think I've only gone camping once or twice this season....its been awful. Im starting to slow down at work I think, so hopefully I will be around more and hopefully can get a trip in with y'all before it snows.

So the Toytec Open House was generous to me. They had a car show for the first time and I actually placed second. Got a kick ass @DBCustomzFab grill insert as my prize. So I spent some time repairing and cleaning up my surround a bit and got it installed.

Also got a nice digital camo mag light and put it in the same place most do.

Many thanks to @ToyTec Lifts @DBCustomzFab @SMKYTXN of Trail Toys !

Looks great!, how easy or difficult was the install of the grill? I bought the cube lights as well and am hoping I can install and run a switch or maybe even wire it to the fog light switch... But my electrical know how is zilch!

If your grill is still stock you have a lot more work ahead of you then me. Mine was already cut out with a HomerTaco statoshi insert that I installed. So for me it was a simple removal of that, paint the surround with a fresh coat, and install DB CUSTOM grill. You will need to remove your interior portion, clean up the cuts, and then install your grill.

For the lights, I myself am looking into some different options for this spot because they are mostly blocked. So putting nice cube light in there would be pointless. I am keeping that a secret. ;)

You should wire them to a separate switch with relay. Wiring them to the fogs would actually make you illegal on the road. You can only have 4 forward facing lights on at any given time on the road with the intent to luminate. So it would be best to put them on a separate circuit. If you want to try your hand at wiring this and want some help PM me.

Yeah that was a one off. There was talk of him getting another truck to template and mass produce it but I am not certain if that is still in the works or what.

Yeah I asked him about it since he makes a bumper that looks almost like yours for the 4runners but to no avail you have the only bumper like that. I'd love for them to start producing the bumper like yours.

I might have talked to him Monday, let's just say someone needs to buy his other trucks so he can get what he wants to put icons on. Thanks for the heads-up

I just ordered an Addicted front bumper. Scott said it would be 4-6 wks out. He said he lost the measurements or something for the crossmember mount after he did yours. I think he's gonna contact you to see if you can come back in and get it measured. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Can't wait to get this bad ass bumper on my truck.

Maybe he can get the measurements for the rear bumper while he's in there as well.
