I know this feel. I've been too dependent on caffeine lately. I also drink a zero cal monster almost daily that has 180mg I think of caffeine. I think when you're feeling tired you just gotta go and when you start working out you'll start feeling energized. I'll try to suck it up this week.

Nice! I have been thinking pretty hard about selling my bumper plates, bars and bench. I really enjoy having them around for the times I don't have a membership but they do take up a lot of room and I don't get much use out of them now that I don't have a garage to myself to keep set up. Might just pick up a row machine with the money to keep up on cardio through the winter...or maybe I should just buy a rowing machine and call it good, put the weights off to the side until I need them.

In other news, classes start tomorrow. I have a bit more gaps to make lifting happen but I am dreading the first few weeks where everyone is super motivated. I am haven't decided if getting up at 5 am and going to the gym at 6 am is best or getting up at 6:30 am and going to the gym around 7:45ish would be better.

I have kicked all " direct " stimulants at the gym as i found that i don't need them so using a conventional pre work out doesnt work well for me.

Now i just take some chromium, L-carnatine, Hcl creatine, Taurine, Beta alanine, L-citrulline, AAKG and happy as a camper. I sweat like crazy, have a pump for dayzzzz and Zero jitters.

I just cycle my pre workout and creatine. The cheap stuff with little to no stims or caffeine works well for me now. It was a hard six months getting off them though.

Well, I officially caved and ended the cut yesterday. I couldn't take it anymore and I realized that my lack of discipline on the weekends isn't going to let me get below 12%, so I said 'fuck it.' I'm still going to try to lean bulk at around a 250-300 calorie surplus, so I don't get fat, but I'm excited for gainz. I've been cutting off and on for about 8 months, so I'm ready to get back into Hulk mode. Here's the diet:

    2727 calories, 295 g protein, 268 g carbs, 64 g fat

    3 whole eggs
    2 egg whites
    banana
    Cheerios w/ skim milk

    2 scoops ON

tuna sand (1 can tuna, 2 slices whole wheat, 1 tbsp mayo)
    16 oz low sodium V8

    turkey burger (93/7) w/ 1 tbsp A1
    1 cup steamed broccoli

    2 scoops ON
    8 oz skim milk
    Apple Cinnamon oatmeal packet
    1 tbsp peanut butter

    8 oz chicken
    fiber bar
1 cup spinach w/ Italian dressing
    8 oz fruit juice

    greek yogurt
    cottage cheese
    1 scoop ON

It was actually decent at 6 am. No crazy freshmen rush and ample room for the basic lifts. I did a simple shoulder workout without having to wait for anything. Must be a lazy semester for everyone. I have 9 am classes this year so I can do some cardio after my workouts now too. Maybe that's where all the "motivated" folk went. I forgot my extra shirt today and didn't feel like showing up the classes on the first day smellin like a hobo so I'll hit it when I finish for the day.

I've thought about selling my stuff too. I never use it and it just collects dust in the corner. I have a bench that can convert to a squat rack and also has a preacher curl pad and leg extension pad on the end if you sit the chair up right. I got it while I was in high school for some reason. My mom made me finally take it out of her house when I bought my 1st house but it just sat in the garage too. I think I used it twice? I stuck it in a POD while I moved for about 6 months until I got to where I am now and it is just sitting in the garage again. I have been here for 6 months and have only used the Olympic bar twice to do cleans during a circuit a buddy and I did in my culdesac. I have a giant tractor tire and punching bag that I use more than I do any of the bench things. My gym is exactly 1 mile up the street so it is much easier just to go there than drag everything out in my garage. It's pretty old and the bench is kind of iffy on stability so I don't know if it is even worth trying to sell. I know the bar and plate weights are good though. I have about 325lbs of weights if you add them all up that are in the set. That stuff should be worth something?

Weights sell pretty easy. I would be able to sell my stuff extremely quick on a crossfit forum. The bench could be sold for cheap and or just give it to whoever buys to weights to get rid of it. I am going to sell some of the basic clutter stuff first. The bench will be the first to go since its bulky and I only do cleans, deads and squats.
