    Mine should be here any day. Tomorrow is the official release date so MFR will actually update the delivery dates on the builds(if build was prior to AUG 31). My build was 8/19 with no delay.

    Finally got my pricing info from my dealer. I'm getting a DCSB OR AT MGM with navigation, JBL stereo, sun roof, and towing package. MSRP $37,789. Their discounting it $500 for starters, then I'm also getting a $500 military discount. So $1,000 below MSRP. And build date has moved up from 7 Sep to 3 Sep. I have no complaints.

    So how close does the build date have to be before there is an arrival date that the dealers can tell us? Or do the dealers even get an arrival date before it's already on the way (if at all)?

    Toyota.com still only lists the 2015 for sale. That's weird for 2016's to now be available at dealerships and the website not be updated. Although I haven't seen a 2016 on a lot yet, or posted on TW. So I guess I'll believe it when I see it.

    from what I can tell my dealers 1st and 2nd allocation where pre-determined and couldn't be altered, which I am guessing so they can have 2 brand new Tacoma's on the lot by the 10-sept or whatever. my allocation request was rejected 2 weeks ago by the regional office and the dealer was told they couldn't modify the original allocations made for them. so today I get to put in my allocation request again and hopefully it wont get kicked back.

    edit : we have a small time dealer who is dual dealership so they are low on the totem pole for allocations.

    theres a guy on one of the tacoma facebook groups that has a 2016 .

    how does he have it? i dont know.

    but he was getting bombarded with hundreds of comments and picture requests.. he was providing pictures and what not, but eventually gave up since the requests overwhelmed him lol
