remember you physically need to do the test day Day 0 to have a starting point as everything will be based on that 7rep max rep count so it will be a fun day. Its gonna feel like a full body work out lol but follow it all and I'm telling u, make sure u have a couple good before pictures to compare to

That's how I learned it...but I tested for 20 reps and then a few weeks later for 10 reps, then 5..............going from 5 to 20 again burned the most

    yeah,
this plan changes % weight in each phase,
Ill elaborate more once some one actually makes it through 3 cycles of 10/10 but ill put money on it they will gain 2-3 reps on their 7 rep max hands down, should be loosing fat % and look bigger

I don't know where I saved it but I made a spread sheet for it. Just dump in the results and it calculated the weights per workout automatically (it's been like 6-7 years lol)

i was just to lazy, and figured some one ells can do it when they like the progress and want to track it better. The thing is ur not changing any weight % for 27 days, day 28 is the retest day and then the % weight changes in proportion to the rep count. For those that are more driven and skilled per say, we work backwards for a max work day which we try to have the total work done the same by modulating the sets and the reps between phases

guess mine was a little different. I think it started out at ~70% of test results and then went to 110% over 4 weeks if I remember right

Ha - yes today was push.

That kicked my ass. I got all 200 on the warm up but failed miserably on the sets of 50. First set I got 30, then only 20, then 12, 8, and somehow managed to finish "strong" with 3 sets of 10 to at least get 100 reps. I was pissed so I did another set of 100 with just the bar to finish it all off. Followed it up with some incline DB press, decline push ups, and tricep extensions.

I'm going to go take an ice bath now

Since u like doing the 100 number try this :
Try doing 100 reps of 100 pound dbs on flat or incline bench for time keeping form as good as you can.
Should only take about 10-20min max. If 100s are to heavy try another weight. Its a fun challenge and sounds easier than it looks

Might be selling all my gym equipment sooner than I thought :p. Texted a friend/crossfitter who took my tractor tires and they want everything I have. Just need to inventory and price it. Might be a bit steep for them but hopefully not. I really want a rower haha.

I was just kidding about that workout.. I didn't really rep the bar 200 times to warm up. I thought you were joking when you said you were about to do that workout. Sets of 50? Lol you're crazy.

    The better coast
Does anyone lift in wrestling shoes?

I need high tops for ankle supports and came across a few people suggesting wrestling shoes because of grip, high tops, around 50$ and a thin sole.

Right now I'm just lifting in 20$ Walmart shoes. Which for 20$ are not a bad pair (I wouldn't spend more on them though). My gf wanted to go hiking this weekend and they died haha.

Hahah damn dude. I was sitting there struggling with that 30th rep like how the hell did he do this 50 times, twice??!?

I've done a similar workout like that before that I found on BB.com so it didn't seem that far fetched when you said it.

Well...now you have to try it
