    a bunch of new/used parts....and some skids.
Bought my truck earlier this month. Truck has 135,000 and was in need of some TLC.

    Removed front spacer kit
    driver side stabilizer link replaced
air filter (old one looked like a dead hairball)
spark plugs (6 Densos, no NGK), cleaner starts
    cleaned MAF sensor
    cleaned out the throttle body
    intermediate steering shaft
    steering pump
serpentine belt and bottom idler pulley
    a nice waxing
    removed step tubes
and the one I'm most proud of:Built a bed platform with an extension to fit 6' of person in a short bed. I'm just finishing up the carpet tonight and I'll throw some photos up.

I thought it sounded good when I bought the truck; sounds and drives WAY better.

Next on the list is to clean the engine compartment and new tires.

Just stopped on the way home and ordered my tires. A friend runs a full service auto repair shop. I'm getting my tires through him. Going with the Mastercraft (Cooper) MXT 285/75/r16's. 4 of 'em, mounted, balanced, rotated every 5000 miles for their lifetime, all for $835 out the door! It sure is nice to have friends with their own shops!!! Bora 1" wheel spacers should be here the day after Labor Day. Then to schedule a day to get the tires on and LOOK OUT TRAILS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice. Did you build it or did you get it already assembled. I ordered the mesh from Craig and I should be getting it soon, along with my BAMF behind the grille light bar from Jerry. Once I get all the parts it should be a lot of fun.

Based on what he wrote on each, it looks like he didn't use the dual nature of the switch, but wanted one switch for each battery. This provides a lot of flexibility in those rare cases where you need it. You can charge one, two, or both. You can run off one, two, or both. Maybe you're planning to draw a lot from the battery - switch to 2, drain away, start up on 1 and charge both as you drive.
