Food scale and myfitnesspal are your friends. You don't have to eat the same thing everyday. You can have your staple foods then change up the rest as you please. Create a meal plan that works best for you. Looks like you're aiming for low carbs so I'd recommend eating lots of veggies with your meals to help keep you full.

    Stuff that I eat are
    Protein: chicken, fish, beef
    Fats: peanut butter, almonds, avocado
    Carbs: rice, bread, pasta

I also eat out a lot and eat ice cream every night.

And at the end of the day when you reach your macronutrient goals you feel like:

I just eat whatever. Yay for being the skinny kid! Forever bulk. Lol

The other night I had a burger with lettuce, tomato, cheese, bacon, homemade chips, fries, fried pickles, onion rings, bacon all on a pretzel bun. Best burger of my life!

That's how I am too, high metabolism - but I think it affects other parts of my lift, not just body size. For instance, sleep. I've got terrible sleep patterns. Up late, sometimes by choice but usually just lay in bed not even feeling tired. I want to go to sleep and feel tired and wake up feeling refreshed. I always wake up like someone dropped books on me all night while I slept. It isn't pretty...

I have to eat good and count calories because I drink so much on the weekends (especially with UGA's season starting in 4 days) that, if I didn't eat good, I'd be 400 lbs lol

I'm beginning to get to the point where 4-6 hours of sleep is about normal.. I hate it.. But I can deal with it alright.

Right there with ya man. I've been getting up at 2:45 for work to commute into DC lately. If I'm not in bed by 8 I'm struggling the next day.

I have to have at least 7, but I prefer 8. Last night, there was a bad wreck on the way home from school and I finally got home around 1 am. I was at a dead stop on the interstate for 2 hrs. Surprisingly, I don't feel too bad today, considering I'm running on about 6 hrs.

That's actually a badass idea. Wake up super early, catch the sunrise, and go for a freezing dip in a lake and enjoy the adrenaline.

If only I was a morning person. But my routine is finally catching up and the earlier I wake up the better I feel about the day.

I'll join in. Though Texans are super friendly. Couldn't imagine working in like NYC everyday to deal with a holes.
