    Got the bed on and it all lined up and bolted down..

    After he left, I got all the lights hooked up and working properly. Brakes bled. Etc

    I also started doing some major cleaning in preparation for you guys coming next weekend..

    Drove the truck up and down the road a good bit throughout the day. Locker is definitely....... weird. Maybe. You can really tell when it locks and unlocking turning in or in a curve. Not dangerous by ANY means. Its completely controlled by throttle (and its possible I make it unlock and locked repeatedly because its still kinda neat), but im just not used to it yet.

    I know its because its all I'm focusing on..

    i'll throw a pic on here later with the bed on.

    Do y'all actually read all this stuff?

    My ride height is PERFECT! I'm 21.5" to the flat portion of the frame on all 4 corners.. I'm only 31" tires so if I go to a 37". Thats a 6" diameter difference so actually 3" of actual height gain.. So ~24.5" is my goal.. 25" MAX.. Anything much over that and I'll start reworking the suspension.. I'm pretty much as low as you can get on leaf springs without doing some serious frame mods, but if I have to the I'll start frenching in hangers etc..

    You will get used to the locker. I push the clutch in when turning. If I lightly throttle in a slow turn, like a u turn, the truck will lurch and hop. It will randomly pop and bang in a tight parking lot. I can easily hear the Spartan clicking with no doors or top on. But I don't mind at all when I need the traction :thumbsup:.

    It should look sweet with that frame height, keep on updating :cool:

    @Gear Head

    How much travel were you getting out of your Chevy 63s? I'm only getting 7" and they WILL NOT droop.. Got like 4 inches on stuff, but 3" of downtravel.

    How much did the creeper shackle mounts help?

    I don't remember exactly. I know I was getting about 3.5-4" of up but I never measured down. I liked the creeper joints, they let everything move much more freely but I did them at the same time as the 63's so I can't compare to without.

    My shackle is really flat... so I may order creepers and move them back about an inch and see what it does.. I have a bunch of extra Chevy leafs from another pack I had off a 2500 so I may mix and match a little.

    I was running a stock 2wd pack (3 leafs plus the overload) with a relatively flat shackle. I'll dig up some pics

    I wonder if bigger heavier tires would pull it down any?
