Lol I meant you... I am in the greater Houston area. Just the rural part. In 10 years my town will likely be a suburb

Nice! With some decent income now, you can do it justice.

I already dumped $7k into it before I sold it on a turbo, efi system, standalone ecu, and brand new fuel system all the way from the tank to the custom fuel rail.

Now that I'm getting it back, she's gonna be taken to a professional tuner to get tuned for 250-300rwhp on mild boost along with a "engine may blow so only use in emergency" tune set for 400rwhp.
Meth. Injection will help keep her cool.

Too poor to list anything interesting.
You can post about it in the 3rd gen section. They care over there about anything.

Don't worry if there's already a thread already on it.

Skids on...they got the exhaust reroute despite some language barrier and the fact that nothing was ever written down during the entire transaction :spy:

Gonna go do some night wheeling on Old Flowers Road. Should be an easy 10 mile jaunt through the mountains.

Do none of you guys remember the old Jeep pickups? I always seemed to like them in my younger years. I seem to like the late 60's into the 70's models. Didn't real like the styling change in the 80's. And the Wagoneer was your old mans way of compromising with your moms want for a station wagon!

Not excited about taking the TDI in for a very expensive service tomorrow...the DSG (automated dual wet clutch trans) has a fluid change at 40k miles and then its also a big dealer maintenance fest if I let them do everything they want to. Lots of "checking" things. Probably the last maintenance at the stealership before I start doing it at home. They were free up till the 30k maintenance and included filling the DEF.
