Well. Got the truck to keep as a stock daily back in December.

    As she sits now:

That didn't last long. This will be a slow process of future mods. But, I'd like to document most if not all of it. It wont be anything special or super fancy, but I love it.

Got it brand new in December of 2014. She's a 2015 TSS Edition. 2wd.

I dont plan on doing a lot of offroading, more towing and general truck things. Eventually I do wanna do long travel and 'take it off some sweet jumps'

Well stock didnt last long at all. Ordered some lights for it. got the Relentless hood light pod mounts with some TWF Pods I've had from a previous truck as well as a cheap 32" bar behind the grill.

    10931125_10203327368053117_4866032980027_c937fed846808636f2e0bc8b21dd831713aa3da5.jpg

Did a Daystar leveling kit up front

    983837_10203171388033714_266235264419620_3a0ab590e55cce1cdaf7d15974adffc071fb0cb5.jpg

Shortly after that took a road trip from Austin to Arizona to pick up a Datsun for a friend. That went great and really reinforced that I got the right truck.

    10931125_10203327368053117_4866032980027_c937fed846808636f2e0bc8b21dd831713aa3da5.jpg

Finally decided I just wasnt getting enough out of the factory stereo and picked up a shallow mount Rockford and made a box to replace the drivers side behind the seat cubby

    10463951_10203149595568916_8399103635857_f2e0976bb087e99859be6e8c626958a819d66429.jpg

Then ordered a Supertop from a Member on here and traded my stock wheels and tires to a guy in Dallas

    10989539_10203573144917385_8516724743498_c544721e2ba5d528c115b874cf3242f5d4dc6558.jpg

Made a grill insert and got the Relentless 54" Radius light bar mounts and a cheap light bar

    10257653_10203473435984724_2278327488977_6da3e9aae6cf5568910cd70c86c61a3d1228709d.jpg

Traded my stock lights plus some cash for a set of retrofit lights with TRS projectors from a local member

    9C6B2BE3-711B-496A-A7EC-C23C900FF94D_4477a9ed011f4c49e68ffd4e64741696f610c05b.jpg

New wheels and tires. Procomp Wheels with Dueler AT2's on em'

    11203249_10203965712091319_2110759816862_6d888cd147ef8d055c9f01e1701fa4a72af989fe.jpg

After a while of being annoyed by the best top I took it off and shortly after went camping at Pedernales Falls State Park

    18715_10204307381592843_3586136069793491_4e06cbeacb7d2aedd2af9aef8d924af2bd39d16e.jpg

then I finally bit the bullet on a bumper I've always wanted even before I had my Tacoma. hit up a friends who runs 4wd Factory and he hooked me up with a great deal on an ARB Deluxe Bull Bar, $1100 out the door.

    11041146_10204449319381199_6020238742744_8d1065ecb394f92b2f0d7e938d511d0cdf97a1d8.jpg

Day after I installed it I did cut the stock bumper for the filler piece..

Most recently I installed TRS Halos with the wireless remote

    11218469_10204654225823732_7294992857009_485803a11c6656663e96e7ae3d88b22f267e4ece.jpg

    Also got a TRD Hood

As of a couple days ago I ordered a lift kit I pieced together. Bilstein 5100 adjustables and OME 887 Springs, Wheelers Progressive AAL, 1.5" block, and Bilstein B110 5100's for the rear. Will update as I do the install hopefully this weekend if it all shows up in time.

Here pretty soon a buddy and I are gonna make a bed rack, and tubular tailgate with a tire carrier as well as a rear bumper for it.

Ill do my best to update this thread and supply good pictures..

    Completely revamped the stereo.

Focal 165as components, Audison Bit10 Sound Processor, JL 360/4, B2 Audio Zero.3, B2 Audio HN10. Absolutely fantastic sounding system.

There's an okay video from my iPhone

That was a task to tune. I'll try to get a decent video of the stereo in action

Little update on the truck :)

Did the Lift a couple months ago and absolutely love it! I have been running 265's on it and thought they looked a bit small.

Yesterday I got a new set of wheels put on it as well as some free 285/65/18's from a buddy of mine. Looks 100% better.

Also threw in a Trail Master 8,500lb winch(because at the end of the day, it is a 2wd) and got my custom plates :D

    Here's some pics:

Now I'm patiently waiting on the mailman to bring me a KB Voodoo Bed Rack. Then throw on my RotoPax cans and some lights, RTT and awning. Then, prepare for pics from Big Bend National Park.

Changed the oil, raised the front bilsteins all the way, detailed and waxed. Also got my Tepui Ayer RTT ready for the rack to come in in a couple days.

Also went and installed switchbacks up front, led corner lamp bulbs, rear turn signals and LP lights. Had to delete the drl function to get the switchbacks to work properly, but were all good now!

Also painted the speaker box a little while back as well as installed a Big Sky Racks BSR-2 from my AR's

Went and took some photo's this evening.

Sometimes, but not really. The way I see it I'd be more inclined to tear it up if it was 4x4. But, I know at some point I'm gonna do the swap. Ive only gotten stuck while wheeling once, a buddies private property there was a ravine we were going back and forth in and I just couldn't get back out.

But, good tires, the auto LSD and a fairly good driver and some common sense will get you through anything, or at least around it lol
    Hell yeah!!!

Big Bend trip with a long time buddy that got a 16 TRD Off Road.

I'm pretty shocked how well my truck did out on some of these trails considering it's a 2wd. That Auto LSD feature with good tires works really well!
