Called AutoAnything this morning. Thus far they have told me I'm effectively SOL. In their own notes I can see online they ordered rear shocks for a 4Runner specifying it needs fit the Tacoma. Reviewing the orders, they even mischarged the card. Took several screen shots for the credit card company disputing all charges.

With AutoAnything unwilling to help resolve their issue, I'm not interested in continued business with them. I'd be happy to return the parts with a prepaid shipping label, otherwise they can sit collecting dust.

Hahaha the shop I bought the wheels n tires said to park out front and away they went. Lol they were good guys though.

    Thanks bud

I wasn't impressed with the finish of the wheel even brand new, and I'm sure I'll end up re coating them someday. But they'll be good out here in the desert for now.

Got my crossover pipe re-routed at a local speed shop. Custom-bent stainless piping. Workmanship is pretty good.

I have ordered from them a few times, I had no idea they were so bad, I haven't had any issues. I'm sorry you have to deal with that! That does suck.

About $270 taxes in. Takes about 2.5 hours with custom-bent stainless tubing.

Thanks, there are some extras I'll have to toss in when I get the chance. I've probably paid off my Snap-on dealers house in the past year

Hell, you pay for a house when you buy a 7 piece screwdriver set from 'em.....:0

Years ago, I had a job where they made us an offer to pay 50% of whatever tools we bought after we'd worked there a year. The owners son was a real prick. The owner was an even bigger prick. His wife, the bookkeeper was the reason why both of them were pricks. I decided I was not staying any longer than it took to find another job. I'd been there about 13 months when I sold a car I had for $4400. I called the Snap On man and said "Help me spend $8800". He was more'n happy to oblidge! That was 1984. Rick Mears had just won the Indy 500 with Snap On sponsorship on the car. So they had this VERY cool limited edition Rick Mears tool box. I stuffed it with sockets, combination wrenches, flair wrenches, screwdrivers, air tools, etc.....You could still equip a shop for $8800 back then. I got the ultimate set of Snap On tools......walked into the office and submitted my bill. They paid reluctantly...... I found a better job and quit 4 days later and took my tools with me.

I understand they rescinded the "50% offer" the very next day.

Since then, I've added more Snap On stuff to the collection. They're a bit over priced but damn fine tools. And a good investment if you plan on working on your own stuff.
