I ordered some fox shocks from AutoAnything on 8/17/2015. front was to be for a 0-3" lift and rear 0-1.5" lift. Rear shocks showed up first with only a 0-1" lift, checking the order the front was specified for a 0-2" lift.

AutoAnything admitted their error and ordered the "correct parts". When they arrived on 9/1/2015 the front is for the 0-3" lift for the Tacoma, Rear is for a 2-3" lift on a 4runner. In AutoAnythings own notes on the order they specified the 4runner shocks for the tacoma.

When I called this morning 9/2/2015 I was put on hold with returns for 15 minutes. When they finally picked up we were disconnected. Called again for another 15 minute wait and spoke to a representative and supervisor. Both individuals told me their is nothing they could do less review the call and I'd be responsible for receiving the incorrect shocks.

I have taken several screen shots for the credit card company disputing all charges. With AutoAnything unwilling to help resolve their issue, I'm not interested in continued business with them. I would be more than willing to return their parts with a prepaid shipping label. Short of that the parts can sit collecting dust.

I would stay away from AutoAnything even if they do have a better price as the hassle is not worth it.

Curious on what shocks you got and for what price? Honestly doubt they could do much better than some of the vendors on here

Shocks are for a second generation. I called Fox directly asking for specifics on how to order and relayed the information exactly to AutoAnything. Screwing up once I can understand, twice is a little more difficult. Wanting to argue the facts is a complete mystery, if you screw up admit it and move on. Current parts in hand are; front: 883-02-025, rear: 980-24-679. Paid $1212.88 per credit card, order shows a different amount.
