    well, i got invited to compete at raw power lifting event on oct24.... and thinking about going the strict curl, strict over head press, bench press and DL. I won't be doing squat as my damn knee is simply not wanting to play nice :(. The gym wants me to compete as I'm current lifting numbers are within 10% on either side of the National cnd record for my weight class....... what to do. Fish in mexico or compete....
