    A few things
So I brought my truck in to the dealer for a routine service this morning and also for a traction control light that was on. I told them NOT to rotate the tires since I did it yesterday and the guy noted it on the form. 1 1/2 hours later service guy comes out and says they cleared the light but the tech had rotated the tires and he was rotating them back since he apparently did not read the whole work order. So all that was left was a test drive and I was free to go. 20 minutes later the service guy tracks me down and said on the test drive 2 wheels FELL OFF! Apparently you have to actually tighten the lug nuts on these trucks. They are taking 100% responsibility and repairing it.

I would be requesting a lot more than just them repairing it. Chances are the repairs will show up on the VIN scan and it will negatively impact the value of the vehicle. I'd be livid if someone did that to my brand new vehicle.

A reminder not to take your truck to the dealerships. I'm sure there's damage underneath as well as the rotors, drums, etc...

The reason I rotate my own tires is for this reason, but I guess the don't pay attention to work orders or their work

Wow...just wow. Same thing almost happened to me when the dealer rotated my tires. Drove home on freeway with 2/6 lugnuts on front tire.
    BTW, which dealership was this?

Typically, an accident that amounts to over $750 must be reported to the DMV. That would then be reported to the likes of carfax, autocheck, etc... Your 2015 will now have an accident record and possibly diminished value. You might want to check the dealership in regards to this and also let your insurance company know.

Tell them to give you a new truck and they should take the hit on this.

    How many miles on it?

Dealers do not touch my truck except for bona fide recalls.

Get an itemized print out of what repairs they did then take it to another dealership for them to confirm and make sure nothing was missed.

Exactly what I was going to say. I wouldn't want repairs, I would want it replaced. Regardless of miles. It's a 2015!!!
