When I was running smaller tires I had 285/70/16 KM2s on stock gears and I didn't think the power loss was that bad. Mpg went down about 2 for me as well. Those are some of the lighter offroad tires out there so it really depends on what tire you run. Tread pattern, tire weight, tire width and rim weight will make things vary quite a bit

What's the sticker with the animal. Showing his butthole about. Is that telling people were they can stick it. ...

Love the 80s decals man, I thought about doing that also!

Love the TRD front grill also, to rich for my blood.

    Truck looks great,

That sticker is the ole one-eye, cats for some reason like to turn around and show you their bunghole for whatever reason.

    Lol...

@allmotorrex awesome thanks! probably would be just another set of All Terrains maybe Cooper ST Maxxs. The eventual plan would be to gear it to 4.56 and stop at 33s but just add the armor onto it.

love those retro stripes! truck makes me really want those new BFGs

I would highly suggest 4.88s and 33s. It makes a huge difference in torque and really brings back mpgs. I ran that setup for a few months before I got 35s and let's just say I was sad my truck was no longer a race truck. Haha

Been searching and searching and can't find a good and cost effective way to carry long items on the roof of access cab. So far looks like aftermarket roof rack. I think I would only need one cross bar and use a hitch extender in the vertical position. Doesn't look like any major maker sells roof racks as single units. Would like to put 2 kayaks on roof extended over the bed and still have storage space in bed of truck. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Like the Prinsu roof rack but $450 out of price range.

so i have an All Pro Pack Rack. Just slightly above roof height. So I Can put a 9 foot Kayak on without any issues. I got it a few years ago now for $300 from a group buy and Welded it together myself. Few modifications to a tool box and I also have a flush top that fits between the frame as well. How much are you looking at spending?

    Hey guys, @JBecker

Currently running 245 75 16's on my 2013 Base 4 cylinder 2.7L and really been wanting to upgrade to the KO2's and finally i saw this morning discount tire direct is offering $100 off a purchase of $400 or more and free shipping and you can get a set of KO2's shipped to your door for $644..... Wondering if i should pick up a set and throw them on and sell my current 245 75 16 Cooper AT3's that only got 6k miles on them. Also will a 265 75 16 spare fit up under the truck without any modifications? Just to keep on under there if needed?

I wan t a set of those SR wheels....

    Looking good bro!

IIRC only double cabs are all pre-wired for fogs.

Funny though my base model is pre-wired for the back up camera. lol...

thanks, yeah i got a 40$ ebay fog light kit because i didn't see any prewiring for the actual lights themselves, anyway i installed the kit (exteamly satisfied with the quality of the lights and wiring, just the button could be a little nicer i think). I found an unplugged white connection by where the fog light button goes behind my dash just wondering if that was it or not.

I do like the sr wheels. just need some more meat on em :)

I got the back up cam wiring too. It works with our stock head unit?
