My 07 PreRunners A/C- heater fan speed switch stopped working, while on. checked fuses, I think, thoughts fellow Taco owners?!?

Ok, well I was checking the plug under the dashboard and hit the actual fan, and what do you know, it turned on. What kind of problems, if any is this an indication of??

Or a sloppy loose connector at the fan. Unplug it and look to see if the connector is showing signs of burning. If it does you can get a replacement from the dealer.
