You just want hand tighten until wheels are on and weight is on suspension and tgen torque everything down so you don't bind the bushings up. Maybe why they feel a little harsh b/c they are not free at ride height.

After getting the majority of mud and dirt off of the rear end of the frame I sprayed lithium grease on the fuel filler neck, nuts and bolts and all welds on the frame.

Jason suggested that two sets of hands can do it while it is still mounted on the truck. In that scenario, I would think that it would have to be at full droop to be able to do that.

Anytime you do any work/make changes on suspension components an alignment is indicated.

I'm running 700# coils on my Kings. But I am at maximum weight with a plate bumper, a winch and aftermarket skids. Fully loaded, the truck weighs in at ~5400#.

Even with all that weight, others that have driven my truck describe the front ride as stiff, but it is what I like.

It would probably be safe to go with the 650# then. I might be able to weigh my truck this weekend. Like to see how it compares to yours.

I'm in need of new tires. I am getting km2's again but I am thinking about moving up from 265/75/16 to 285/75/16 due to the recent 2" Coilover lift I added about a month ago. What has your experience been with bigger tires?

Wanting to order a new muffler. Thinking I'm gonna do a dual magnaflow setup on this truck. Should I go 14" or 18"? And if you have a link to a good deal on, post it up please

So I have a problem. I tried putting my 5125 rear bilstein shocks but the bottom will not go in. I bought it off someone on here and I was seeing if this was the right part #

    ALL OF THEM!...Then some more.
Mine is heavy as fuck when fully loaded its around 5600-5800.

yea they will be great, just give them time. And a lil weight.

Id go for 650s man. Happy medium. Will work great with not a lot of weight and will work weight with plenty of weight.

18''. A 14'' will be retardedly loud as a dual. Think about it. 9'' of muffler per pipe vs 7''. Hell id actually get a 22'' really. That is killer loud on my Dads 2nd gen. So loud after we did headers he put a second muffler on.

Did you put some grease in the bushings and on the post? that'll help a ton. My Foxes wouldn't go on it seemed. Added a bit of grease i and i hand pressed them on easy.

    yes.

Take the tires off, put the frame on jack stands and a jack under the axle. Id actually recommend undoing the leafs from the axle. This will make your life easier as the axle won't pull the leafs down when you unbolt the shackles. The leafs will be heavy enough in that position. They it is super easy as long as nothing is rust fused together.

Not taking the leafs off the axle, it'll be harder and a bit sketchy..
