I haven't engaged the 4x4 in quite awhile, and I tried 4HI today only to initially get the flashing green 4x4 symbol and yellow 4LO light. I couldn't get the lights to quit flashing so I turned the truck on and off to clear them. The truck then engaged just fine in 4HI without any issues. I then engaged and disengaged the system quite a few times to move everything around. Is this likely due to not engaging the 4WD system often enough? Anyone else experienced this? I noticed other users have experienced this problem, but they were unable to resolve the blinking lights due to actuator issues. Thanks in advance.

I had a similar issue after my frame replacement. Turned out to be a "faulty connector"
