That was funny the first time a 2016 Toyota Tacoma was mentioned. Other than that seems a little sick to even think like that.

 

I agree. The Toyota plant is building them in TJ so there's a better chance to find one out there.

Well damn. I do remember my access cab was made in Texas but thought it was all 4x4 trds. Live and learn I guess

 

Actually come to think of it, TJ might have more of the hilux body models.

 

They are up at the dealership in Temecula.

 

I don't think the dealership will let me take lights apart.

 

I guess just wait until some new guy is like hey look at my new truck. Boom, fly on shit.

I don't like them. I sat in one over the weekend. Can't believe how high the msrp is on them.

 

For some people the cost is no problem (those who want to hold on to their vehicles for 20 years) but for others the price is relevant to what they need on a limited basis.

I for one wouldn't pay that amount because I wouldn't get my money's worth out of it and neither would anybody modding it to handle certain terrain.. The cost is close enough to what I would pay for a barely used full size boat/toy hauler and still get many stressful hours put on it.

 

In need of leads to a 2015 tacoma partout i need a rear window with sliding center... anyone??

 

Pretty sure 05 to 15 is all the same rear window. Local junk yard I'd start at

I called a yard today and they told me something about the plugs being different. I too thought from 05-15 were the same window and even the part numbers are the same. Thanks guys

 

i'm almost willing to bet money the 3rd gen is the same as well.
