This is where I'd trim & probably more than 3" (+/_ no biggie) Shouldn't b e a big deal to cut where D rings are & relocating them & plate off the bottom...

I like it. Matches the bed. Just needs to be painted. I like the idea of cutting a hole and putting on a winch. The top piece ties in nice with the headache rack.

Last word from me on this... I like it just the way it is. Your cut line will make it look not nearly as badass. Plus, you'll be safer from roadkill and stupid Mini drivers who decide to stop suddenly.

I hope I never have to find out. But that's what it's there for :p It's gonna happen sooner or later though. Right on the industrial park I work in there's about 10 deer that hang out in the swamp and on the main road at night. almost hit em a few times.

I definitely like it! It looks so stout. The bull bar is a little too square for my taste, I wish it was a little more trapezoidal and not quite as tall, but thats knitpicking a very nicely built bumper

This thing is gonna look good after its painted black. Rather than looking at the bumper by itself, look at it in combination with the back end. They will work together when color matched. The only change I'd make would be to have that hoop on top rounded on the top corners instead if squared, as miller time said. And I'd lower it a distance about equal to the thickness of the beam material. Or Maybe 3 inches, or so, so it's more even with the end of the hood or the chrome grill surround.

If you scroll up a few posts you can see it painted :) And yeah, the grill guard is a bit square, but with the guys garage and his limitations it's the best we could do. From the angle of my pic it looks taller than it is. From the front it matches up almost perfectly with the chrome.

Most likely will happen once I find someone with a plasma cutter. Or someone who doesn't suck at cutting things like I do.

Inside of the bumper will be painted asap. But ran out of time this weekend. Reason for the bed is my stock one was completely rotted. And I always wanted a flat bed.

I like it painted black. I would put the same mesh inside the bull bar as you have in the bed... then it would really be match! Throw some lights behind the mesh and call it complete.
