I've had that problem with PayPal lately. Seems to mostly happen on my phone though. The seller had to resend my invoice on my issue.

Just spoke with Hunter. Their primary product, holsters, are seeing a sales increase because of the time of year. He said expect the bar protectors to begin shipping this Friday or Monday, depending. He also said if you have any questions or need updates to email him directly.

just read more post, do they know pricing for 12 inch long ones would be? id be interested in that because i run my roof rack on the bars now but plan on getting a tent as soon as i can afford it

 

I run my RTT on my short protectors. Once you have your tent centered, you will only be wearing down a 2" section per each end of the mounting rail on the tent.

The 12" will need to be a special order, but email Hunter and see if he can do something for you.

 

For reference, Hunter needed about 10 days to make mine. And he can't re-use my dye as we originally did mine in a different size.

 

Hey guys, just a a quick update on the bar covers. As was stated earlier, primarily we are a holster company although kydex is kydex and we try to stay pretty flexible as far as helping our customers out with custom projects. Compared to our normal production lines, these are very simple to make and can be made quickly once the tool is made for our vacuum press. The problem is scheduling the time to make the tool. Because we are lean on staff and breaking sales records month after month and training new production guys takes some time, time constantly seems to be of short supply. Now that we have orders placed however, we will make sure that it's handled in a timely fashion. Since everything is made to order, even the holsters, it's very normal for there to be a lead time, however we work very hard to make sure that we keep that lead time as short as we can.

I will try to check back here frequently to answer questions and give updates, however if you have a question the easiest and fastest way to get a hold of me is to shoot me an email at hunter@lagtactical.com. I'm checking that all the time and can get back to you fairly quickly.
