Has anyone installed any other 20" light bar in the Pelfrey Built front bumper? I don't really have the cash to rop on a rigid bar. Hoping someone can point me to a cheaper light bar alternative. TIA!

I'm not sure how your bumper is and if a single row would look ok in there. But.. I've been eyeing this one.
Dual mounting options. 17k lumens. Single row. 15w leds. 4d optics.

I've got the same bar but earlier version. It's an upgraded version over the vision x evo prime clone that has 3d optics, 10 watt leds. I absolutely love mine. Wished I had the funds for this newer one. I will get it, eventually, and swap it out. Only thing is, I'm curious on the spread. Mine has awesome spread but the 4d seems to be more of a very focused beam. This one has some interesting flood reflectors on the outside so I'm wondering how effective it is over the older one.. But yeah that's my vote. And that seller is pretty good. Check out their other stuff too.

    NP.
Oh and heres the older version I have. This site offers all the same types as the ebay seller does. Ebay seller is missing a few. Not sure if he's gonna list more or not. Maybe not as those styles were discontinued by Vision X as they have an upgraded and different style over the evo prime now called the XPR... The first one I listed, the 4D one, is a brand new style that I think is only offered by the aftermarket retailers. It's their own version modified from the vision x evo prime design with 10watt crees (vs Luminus that Vision X uses) upgraded to 15 watt led's and the 4D convex lenses.

    11k lumen evo prime clone:

And there's all kinds of other bars out there too. And the ones just mentioned can be had cheaper through ebay fyi. There's also the 3D bars. Those are pretty good and even cheaper. Just gotta do some heavy browsing and find what you like. I personally am REALLY impressed with the ones I have listed for you though. For one it's an awesome design. And the one with 15 watt leds sounds very interesting. Second, I am impressed with the original evo prime design and reflector technology. They seem to have the BEST spread over all other bars, with the exception of MAYBE Baja Designs, and of course the newest XPR and XPI from Vision X. I have yet to find CREE clones of these.

If you want to read up on it, here's some links from Vision X:

Well what's the verdict? Did you decide on a bar yet?

Yeah...I actually came across a rigid sr20 from a buddy fro $200. I'll use it for now but really like the look of haha off road lights that defconbrix just switched to. There's more black on the lens and less reflective area visible. But, budget is the biggest thing affecting my decision making process at the moment.

Defconbrix has Onyx6 lights from BajaDesigns. They look very badass. I'm curious why he switched over from RI.

Because the onyx are badass!! The larger reflector designs are way more effective. A lot more spread and seems the consensus is that BD has a more likeable Kelvin color. That's why I like vision x so much. I really want to see their xpr bars in action. But they are even more expensive than BD.

The color temp of the BD is more comparable to daylight than a similar RI light. I wish I had considered BD before I pulled the trigger on my 40" SR2.
