I am installing heated seats in my 15' but I have the multi position switch vs the simple on off. Now I have 2 reds, 2 yellows and a pair of black wires. Black goes to ground, red will be add a fused to the front window relays, but what does the yellow one tie into? is it for illumination of the switch? I know I read a forum at some point that had this info in it but damned if I can find it. Thank you for the help

ok a little further digging and a few questions. Red is power and yellow is ignition. So can i tie the two yellow in a single add a fuse in the ignition slot under the dash and the reds into a single power window switch? or do they get separate power window slots?

One can never have too many light bars.
Can't speak directly for the heated seats but for my light bar switch red goes through a fuse and hook directly to the battery, black goes to ground and yellow goes to a relay which then goes to the light bar. Since yours is multi position the resistor is most likely in the switch. Therefore my bet would be that the yellows go to the actual seats, most likely through a relay. Like I said I don't have any direct knowledge with the seat warmers just a few years of messing with circuits and car stereos.

Did your switch not come with any wiring diagram or instructions?

nope, no diagram or this would be simpler. But I did find out that yellow is simply switch illumination. And the reds only have a 7.5 amp inline fuse in them so I will add a fuse them into a power window slot so they are only hot with the key. Same with the illumination i will tie it into that or an outlet plug fuse
