it's just a basket. The basket was put on that day and taken off. Just wanted to make sure it fit (had to do som cutting). It will hold two 5 gallon water cans laying down with about 12" of extra space for whatever.

I'm going with a TopRac on my shell as soon as I get new rear leafs so that my rear suspension can support the weight.

Well looks like I will be making a pit stop to the place that sold me my cap. There was some contact with the truck that has worn the paint and cracked off a chunk of the cap.
I am pretty mad after the half assed electrical wiring they did this is unacceptable.

Seems like the cap can move independent of the bed , have you tightened the bolts / clamps since it was installed ? My loosened up a bit after install and needed a retighten

Nice! You should add the OEM bed mat...or some kind of rubber bed mat. The Toyota OEM one is really sticky and holds everything sitting on it in place. No sliding around.

Bought an ATC shell with carpet, windoors, and drop-down front slider window for $1800, installed. The factory is about 50 miles away, so, if there are any warranty issues we should be able to handle it conveniently. The build seems to be equal to any of the larger name-brands. Very happy with the price and quality. This is my first shell with windoors and am hooked on them already.

Just got a Snugtop Rebel installed on my 15 DCLB! Couldn't be more happier. Im located in Southern California so i went to American Camper Shells in Stanton. The customer service was amazing. They were so helpful and actually had the shell in stock so i got it on 2 days after i even called them! The shell was pretty much fully loaded with Bedrug, Sliding & folding back window, Sliding side windows with insect screens, 12v interior light! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a new shell or even truck accessories! Its only about 30 minutes from where i am in South Orange County so if theres ever an issue I'm super close! Very happy customer :woot:Truck-2.jpgTruck.jpg

    Word.

I am looking forward to getting my Leer color matched professionally. I essentially got it used for $600, so I have ducats for a pro paint job. Eventually...
