No. To be honest, the midsize truck doesn't fit my family needs anymore, but I am a fan of the brand. I would like to see the different models in person though. I'm 6'3" / 220lbs and my wife is 6'0" / 150lbs, so the extra cabin space is "needed" and wanted for more comfortable trips throughout the country.

It was posted somewhere on the forum about the black pickup in Back To The Future, how that was the beginning of a sordid love affair with Toyota trucks. That is truly what started it for me. I love Tacomas, but I'm not sure that the direction they are going is a good fit for my emotions...lol.

I never truly "loved" the FJ Cruiser, but after sitting in it, and experiencing all the head room, I did start considering owning one. However, again, the family started to grow, and comfort has become a main buying point.

Yeah....I was still completely happy with my 1st Gen. It was nice to have all that headroom though....that vertical windshield creates a lot of space. I did see some of them that had been heavily modded, and they were really cool. That kicked up the fever a bit. Alas, I stuck with ole trusty. Too bad she's sittin in the barn, getting no love right now.

Tundra? My dealer has a killer deal on a new 15 CrewMax Off road for $36.5k right now, plus 0% financing. Its really tempting to trade the taco in as I've always drooled over tundras. Just being single and only hauling MX bikes its hard to justify the need.

Um. My commute to work is 80 miles round trip. I could probably afford the payment, but not the fuel...hahahahaha

Didn't you just talk about how you hated your Chevy full sized truck and that you needed to watch your expenses? Seems silly to trade for the same issue all over again and create more debt.

Yeah, I'm not knocking the guy, but even thinking about buying a Tundra because it's shiny and new is the last thing he should probably do with the information he's provided. Then again, it's his debt to create and his life to live.

Are you dude? Nothing wrong with same sex marriage, but I got a chuckle out of this wording.

I had at's on my 96 and Cooper st maxx on my 98. Plus I have some sound deadening in my 98. Just the wind noise sucks. Probably doesn't help to that I got the exhaust dump after the axle either.
