Indeed I did. Even with no CB spacer I had take off and 60-65 mph vibes. Did you have to shim your rear axle at all?

Hey TW just wondering if i can have the 4inch spindle withe the bilstein 5100s set at 0 on stock springs with a 2 inch block in the rear to level it out and then in the future i want to eventually add on a better leaf spring in the rear so i can extend the billys at 2 inches to get close to a 6 inch lift.
FYI as of now my truck is completely stock and the height in the front is shorter than the back so the spindle would more than level out my truck which is why i would get a block in the back

Yeah that's totally doable the spindles are designed to provide 4" of lift & still be able to use stock suspension. Headstrong actually sells a kit with the spindles & 2" blocks. Adding to it in the future is also a possibility.
Here's mine, front- spindles & billies set @ 1.75 + 1/4" top spacer for 6.25" rear- all pro expo leaf packs & 1.5" blocks for 5.5".

Anyone running the 16" FJ Trail Team Wheels, can you post a photo from the front to show the offset of wheels?

Also, anyone running 17" FJ wheels, any photos? Do they clear spindle with no spacer?

How far does Maxtrac spindles push your front tires out? Is it 3/4 of an inch?

No axle shim. If you haven't checked yet I would check and make sure all bolts are torqued properly.

Thanks. Checked all torque specs just the other day. I'll think I'm going to add in the D29XL AAL to the pack to lift the rear up a bit more. I'll have to keep dignossing vibes but better to make this add on now then correct it just to start all over again.

Sounds smart. You could just get some mt's and do like I do and blame the vibes on the tires.

Ha ha right!? Actually I already got em, been sitting in the garage mounted up and waiting to replace the stock tires. Figured it was just easier to try and chase down vibes before making the switch.

    A few things
How far is your drive shaft pulled out from the transmission? Should be flush. Just wondering if a driveshaft spacer might help. Also I found that the bigger the CB drop spacer the more vibs I had(I bought the 1.5" Beefed Taco drop and it made it much worse). I wound up finding a sweet spot using the OME spacer plus I made another one from some stock I had, for a total of about 9/16" thick.

It's slightly pulled out but almost not worth a spacer. I looked before the lift to confirm it was flush and post lift its not even 1/4" out. I researched some driveline spacers and it seem most start in the 3/4" realm. Currently my CB spacer consists of the OME spacer plus two washers so probably just over where you're at. It's just one of those things. I've tried almost everything others have found success with but not working for my particular rig.
