Yeah go ahead and read that again. They are 3" not to mention I called to place my order. They are both 3" only difference is the length w2w or cab length

I want the 3 inch tubes, the 2 inch leaves to much of a gap between the truck and step

The information on this link is incorrect. The URL states 2005-2013 while the title states 2005-2016. The description under the "Built Tough" frame states "heavy gauge 3" rail". However, when you select the product options the main part number is T0678CC, which is the 2005-2015 2" version. This will NOT fit the 2016. The front end is too long where it curves in and hits the frame. I emailed runningboardwarehouse regarding this but did not get a response. I actually like the look of the 2" on my MGM Limited and ended up trimming 1" from the front of the rails rather then deal with repacking and returning them.

Then the people at RBW don't know what they're talking about. I called there the other day gave them the part # from the link and he confirmed these will fit the 2016. Said they were the cab-cab steps and the others that are $70.00 more are the w-w steps. Hopefully by the time my truck comes in this mess will be resolved. :annoyed:

As stated on page 1 of this thread, model T1678CC is what you need for the 2" version on the 2016. This is simply that same as the T0678CC but with a shortened front end to clear the frame. This is from first hand experience. I don't know about the 3" versions. A search for the T1678CC on RBW returns no results so it appears that they don't have it yet.

On a related note, the W2W model is simply T0678CC-SS (Stainless steel). It is identical in size to T0678CC (Black) and T0678CC-TX (Textured black). It is more expensive because it is SS, not W2W. All these are W2W on the DCSB. The folks are RBW are clearly clueless in this regard.

I just had a chat with RBW. They are now aware of the incorrect information on their site for the NFab nerf bars for the 2016 Tacoma and will correct it soon.

NFab already talked to them as I did last week and it's still there. So I am looking for 3 inch cab length Black Textured for my 2015 Tacoma DCLB. Can anyone give me an accurate part number? I do not want wheel to wheel.

The n-fab bars took 30 min to install, mostly trying to get the box open, and look amazing

Love that look! My Q is, me being 5'11, would I find myself stepping over them more than on them to get in?

I have had them before and yes I never actually used them to get in. My kids use them but they do come in handy when you need to scrub that nice flat roof surface.

Yup and they stick out a little further than OEM steps so other people's doors hate them

2016 is a different part number than the 15's. Do you have an '11? Or are you getting a '16?
