So I have a ham radio and I hate trying to grab the mic and talk while navigating through off road terrain. My question is how can I hook up the radio with a head set for the ham radio and can I connect multiple headsets into the radio or some sort of intercom system for inside the truck?

while i do not have a specific answer for you, i know PCI is a widely used company for race radios in desert racing. you might be able to find something on there or send them a message

Well, first the type of plug and play headset would be dependent on the radio. Second, the great thing about ham radio is you can build almost anything for every type of radio.

There are tons of intercom systems out there for race vehicles and small airplanes, that you could adapt to your needs.

You might try posting this in the Ham BS thread..... https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...-callsign-thread.260643/page-76#post-10946911
