    sup TW.

Just got these new 235/85/16 ko2s. i was coming from the stock dunlops.

i really love the look. too early to tell about the effect on MPGs. i will say, i do notice an ever so slight power and acceleration difference. my truck is a 5 speed manual transmission, 4cyl. i guess its to be expected tho, as these are quite heavier than the dunlops. im excited to see how these perform during the NY winter.

i know most people prefer the wider tire, but i wanted to share these pics in case anyone was curious about what this size ko2 looks like.

I have the 235s but cooper stt maxxs and love them for the winter. Coming from the stock dunlops there really isn't that much difference in mileage

I run that size in Goodyear Duratracs. Switching to some used aluminum OE wheels helped gain back a little acceleration. How do you like the new tires? I might try those out once the Duratracs wear out.

Looks good! I am putting on 235/85 cooper stt pros this week when my new rims get here. How close did those tires get to the UCA using the stock steelies? I assume they are 5.25 backspace?

I remember all of the 3/4 trucks on 235s back then. Always thought it looked cool when I was younger

Curious to see what kind of gas mileage you get, was considering a set of either those 235 85 16s or 265 75 16's for my 2016 tacoma access cab 4 cylinder!!

What's the ride like with the ko2s and do they make a lot of noise?

Thanks guys... it doesn't feel that uch slower wither. The front bumper is about 100 lbs without a winch and the rear actually weighs less that my stock bumper with hitch

noise is not bad at all! i havent gotten above 60mph yet with them tho.

and the ride feels great. really sturdy. theres a rock solid feel that was not there with the dunlops.
