blower fan........help

I have replaced the resistor (june 2015), cleaned up the contacts and added dielectric grease. just failed again today. Is there a fix for this that doesn't include the dealer? pics below. thanks in advance...

You do know that dielectric grease is an insulator and will not conduct electric current. Putting that on a loose sloppy connector will only make it worse.

You need a new female connector.
