Its pretty much set as it came out of the box. The front end sits about a 1/2 inch lower than the back to avoid the bro-lean.

    Thank!

wow great post!.. Awesome truck! im loving the home remodel photos as well! keeps the thread interesting IMO.

How did the overall ride quality on road feel after installing the stage 2?.. I like the stance of your truck, was heading the same route with the SCS6 rims and stage 2 kit...

Thanks! I probably spend more one upgrading the garage than I do on the truck. But it needs a nice home!
Don't believe the lies! I'll keep this until it dies. So forever.

@pilau The overall ride quality has improved. The front end has more of a dampening over bumps, but the back end seems to bounce a bit more at higher speeds. The truck wanders slightly more at freeway speeds and I am not sure if that is because I kept the stock UCA's or perhaps larger tires.

Did you do the suspension and wheels all at the same time? I really enjoy the way your truck is sitting. Just curious if you have experienced any rubbing yet off road. Keep up the good work, I am shooting a D800 by the way.

Installed Matt Gecko's bed light. It is an awesome kit, especially for the price. You can find it here. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/fs-waterproof-under-bed-rail-led-lights.253004/
I looked around the bed to find the best place for the switch, but I realized that Matt had the best spot laid out in the directions. I put the switch near the outlet as recommended because its easy to reach and its protected from anything that shifts in the bed without having to open the any covers to get access to it. Since I have a tonneau cover, the wire could have been slightly longer but I made it work.

Yes I had to do it all at the same time. The TRD Off Road comes with 16 inch wheels and the SCS wheels I bought were 17 inches so I couldn't use the stock tires obviously. I bought the wheels in June and had to wait a few months to save for the rest of the project.
I haven't been able to get off road yet due to work, but I did have a little bit of rubbing going up a steep driveway yesterday. I will probably have to trim part of the inner fender.

Did the first round of sanding on the ceiling today. Needs a bit more mudding and then the final sanding before texturing. Sanding2.jpgSanding1.jpg

Thats pretty solid. Keep it up! I also plan on going a route like yourself and snag up a lift, wheels, and tires and do it all at once, once I have everything I need. Don't have to worry about it looking funny while you wait, or dealing with any rubbing issues.
