Holy Rain! Just think if all of this was snow....mmmmmmmm.

Chickens were not happy when I let them out of the coop this morning. The ducks & the goose were thrilled, though. They piled right into their pond and started splashing around.

I need the ground to be frozen before we get much snow, I don't grade roads and driveways for free, haha (I'm a plow guy ;) )

Minor. Good for the cutting edge, haha.
I'm just longing for some snow. At this point I'd even deal with plowing dirt.

We did that yesterday  , no fishing just enjoying the Caloosahatchee ;)

New neighbors purchased a boat and we went up Riva' , through the locks and up into Labelle for lunch plus a "Small Town Walk-about"...

Winter migration has started and we now have 3 boats "tied up" for the season...

Too bad I have to go back to work Monday o_O

I'm starting to despise work. I'm really trying to figure out a plan to go part time for the last few years.
I have a lot of questions to ask the book keeper. Mega bucks would be a help too.. Lol

If I could have "planned " different I would have gone "winters only" for another 5 years, then vested out...

Hind sight is that bit@h that is always 20/20  and circumstance pushed us to move directly...

I am finally "settled" enough that "re-inventing" a career choice back into trucking works.:burnrubber:

You ever want to "Test the waters", 2 camp sites up Riva' for tents through the MEGA-class and once Con gets off her butt & finishes the Florida Room :rofl::rofl: we can take guest without having them squeeze into a single bed :p

So New Years Eve is Thursday....Friday to recover.... Any thoughts about January 2nd or 3rd for a M&G. Or would later in the month work better? I suppose that weekend many would have plans for too. Rethinking that one.

I'm working on finding a decent place in the Augusta area that'll accommodate 20+/- peeps.

What's that burger place in the Stephen King plaza, up by Dick's Sporting Goods? I think they've got tables that they can rearrange, instead of just booths.
But, it's been probably 6 years since I've eaten there, so they may have reformatted. But, there's plenty of room for parking...

Ruby Tuesday's? Red Robin? Elevation Burger is super awesome and their fries are even better!

Where's Elevation? I haven't worked in Augusta in about 5 years, so there's been a few changes...

Sea Dogs down by the river in Bangor would work too. But Augusta works too. I won't be much help there though. I know where DD's is and the shopping on the hill. That's about it.
