Flip a coin, if it's those two you can't decide on.

    Either way, you win.

Just put up my order and decided to go with BAMF. I couldn't resist the 25% deal and it was cheaper for my budget. Can't wait to get these bad boys!:woot:

I just pulled the trigger on some sliders from SOS concepts. Less than $500 shipped for a DCLB and the quality looks to be good. The shipping from BAMF killed it for me ($300).

I really liked the syle of the relentless sliders. But the sale with BAMF is what made me decide to go with them. I heard nothing but good things.

I bought from BAMF as well. I thought they'd all be gone by the time I'd order, but alas that 25% and they were still available. $400 + tax for some LCA skids and sliders couldn't keep me from ordering this time.

Relentless quoted me 3 months for sliders. After 6 months of infrequent responses with broken promises, no estimated ship dates, I filed a CC & Paypal complaint. Relentless replied immediately with a threat of a cancellation fee. Waited another 3 weeks before an official full refund and still no ship date. I mentioned that if they can give me a tracking number by 3 weeks, I will cancel my dispute. Initially they replied with "yeah were finishing em up right now". After the refund was credited, they sent me an email "your order is ready to ship". Wait, what? Talk about salting an open wound. I avoided posting my experience with Relentless on TW till now. IMO they're a bunch of irresponsible reckless individuals with no business sense or respect for customers.

After waiting and waiting like many others I canceled my RF sliders and ordered BAMF. BAMF Sliders arrived before RF refunded. I'm sure they're both great products.

My experience working with Eric was positive. He was straight forward about the lead time.

Update - To add, his rear bumper was a really nice and quality piece. I loved everything about it. Fitment was on point. Finish and weld points were smooth. Other than the recovery points, you can't see the weld lines from the outside like what I've seen from other shops. On top of that it looks really good. Sold it to another member cause I have a 3rd gen on order. I would not hesitate to buy from him again.

David, I apologize for the negative experience you had with us. I know a few customers have had significantly extended wait times on their orders in the past, I've been making every effort I can in this last year to escape from that issue and maintain quoted lead times given to my customers.
As a small business there have been growing pains over the years, employee turnover and more issues behind the scenes not shared with customers. While I was not a business major in college, I've attempted to do the best I can to handle juggling customer service and designing and building parts, but design and fabrication is what comes natural to me so service may have lacked. I turn out the best parts I can and while I respect your decision to cancel your order and move on to a different vendor I'm sure if you had received the parts from us you would have been happy with the purchase. In the last 6 months I've gotten married and my wife is now assisting with customer service at the shop for timely responses to messages, as well as order processing and organization; it seems to be helping us very much. I look forward to what next year brings for us, I really do hate seeing unhappy customer feedback and hope to have experiences like this a thing of the past.

Jake, I appreciate being given a second chance, unfortunately I believe your products may have fell into manufacturing time a couple years ago when I had to let a welder at the shop go due to not maintaining my part tolerances. It is possible that some parts slipped through the cracks and went out the door defective(this was the 1st time I had an issue like this with an employee), I made an effort to replace any items I learned were effected at the time, which totaled to a batch of about a dozen bed bars and a half dozen sets of sliders as well as a few skids. This turned into one of those unexpected events that caused some customers to end up waiting since we had to rebuild all those items before carrying on filling normal orders.

Since that event I've placed a greater effort to checking tolerances on parts made by my employees, as well as upgrading shop equipment to as many CNC driven machines as possible to help eliminate part variance and human error. We CNC bend all our tube and jig all bed bars, the repeatability is within a 1/16". I've also recently purchased a CNC metal press brake to bend our sheet metal parts in-house now, I make sure they're all held within a 1/4 degree of target for tolerance now. The shop forming our parts in the past were hit or miss for tolerances given, as well as part turn around. Having my own machine has sped up the process, as well as directly allowed me to control tolerance and quality better.
If you have photos you could PM me and/or descriptions as to what fit issues you may have experienced I'll use the information to assist with quality control checks in the future. If would like replacements for the bed bar(s?) and hood hinge mount I could send appropriate replacements as I have them made available.

I apologize for any extended wait you may have experienced, waiting any longer than mailing time would be out of the norm for a refund. Most are refunded via PayPal within minutes of a request, or a check dropped in the mail the following day.
