Is there any prep work besides cleaning the grille really good? Also, how many coats did you put on?

    BTW, sharpe looking grille.

No prep work involved in using plasti dip...I ended up putting 4 medium coats on my grill, and one light coat to give it a textured look...really easy...just do yourself a favor and take the grill off and do it right....I've seen where some ppl on here just taped it up and sprayed it while it was on the truck...only takes 5-10 minutes to pull the grill

Awesome. Once I put my new grille on I'll have to go ahead and do that with the stock one. Thanks for the help!! Oh yea, where do they sell it?

I always get it at Lowe's...but I'd say Home Depot and possibly even Wal Mart could carry it
