I have had a company car for many years. Great deal since everything is provided (although you do get nailed in the paycheck If you pay attention). Anyways, always have had a "free" car. We are going to a car allowance, so I went and got my dream truck. It has premium package, tech package etc. I have a lot to learn here. I'm amazed at the technolOgy.

2016 TRD Tacoma Off-Road 4x4. This thing has all the bells and whistles, my head is spinning. I want to bury it in sand someplace and CRAWL out. Just wanted to introduce myself, I'm in Michigan and really excited to have this badass Toyota. I know some GM's at Toyota and they said this is the best truck you could buy. I love it. Looking forward to reading the threads. Still need to get a bed cover. (See I'm a truck noob, can remember the proper name).

Tonneau, yessir. Thanks bud. I was very surprised it didn't come with one. I bought the premium truck because up here in Michigan they are hard to find. They come in and are gone same day. Anyways, they had 1 sport and 1 Off Road. The sport was less expensive by a bit, but had a tonneau cover included. Mine did not. Now I need to search the threads and find out what to buy.

    Hint: Don't search the threads.
Or if you do, hide your wallet.

Nice truck. I ended up going with a bakflip, i like the idea of a tonneau but i put the locking tailgate handle on mine and now i feel better knwoing someone will really have to do some work before they get in it.

Installed Cooper At/3's (265/70R16) and ProComp 7089 Rims. Tinted front windows. Did the Fog Light Anytime mod. Did the tailgate mod. Added running boards. Adding sound Deadening from RAAMaudio. Replacing stock speakers with Polk Audio DB6501's.
    Nice truck. Welcome to TW!
