    andrew lincoln said that every episode is this season would be like a season finale. he was wrong all the way through. like others have said, the second half better be wicked awesome, otherwise, season 7 will not exist.

    I read that before the season, think I posted it here too and completely agree he is full of it. The finale wasn't even worthy of being a finale...

    Yeah season 7 has already been renewed.

    Honestly, this season hasn't been much worse than some of the others. We all complain about how slow and boring it was, but the season when they were walking down the train tracks trying to find Terminus was worse. I think they will make it up to us in the 2nd half. There is just too much going on now with Negan that should amp up the next round of episodes

    I bet the 2nd half only spans 1 or 2 days too, but I think a lot more eventful things are going to happen within them.
