In case he's still reply banned from this thread, here's a brief list of the helpful and constructive comments that he might add:

Caught up on the last few pages, and I think I've at last hit a point in TW thread time where I don't know what to say.

Sounds like a severe case of sociopathy/narcissism to me. Absurd excuse after absurd excuse, no remorse, no sincere apologies, no plans to change his ways. Get this guy off the streets - he's just as bad as the nigerian princes. But the real kicker is the fact that he manipulates people so well it's sickening.

I don't think you're dumb for doing that but it seems highly unethical.

You have thousands of dollars, of customers' money, in your bank account and you're spending it on vacations, axes, etc.

All the while ignoring said customers' requests, concerns, communication, etc.

And to top it all off once you do finally send FriedTaco's order out, you put toilet paper and a tissue box in his package to represent being "butthurt" and "whiny?" The only reason he started this thread is because of your lack of business acumen, ethics and major short comings.

1. Do you not see how unethical you are being?

2. Do you not see how pathetic a gesture that was since it's entirely your wrongdoing?

 

Every vendor I've dealt with on TW has some sort of system to provide details of where your order is in the process. Typically in the OP of their product's thread they either have a color coded list or a constantly updated list letting you know it's in queue, it's being built/made, it's shipped and finally delivered.

It's what I tried explaining to you in email back in March when my order was in its third month of waiting with no real word from you.

Here's the list from the OP. Why not just update it with tracking numbers:

Open orders.

5. @srye - 5 relay box and harness paid 1/12/15
6. @munkel - 7 wired switchbacks, invoice 2789, paid April 28th 2015 (already have my RTMR) -updated shipping address in September and recieved no confirmation that he got this message
7. @Taco Guy11 - waiting for 7 months as of 10/15/15
8. @Palehorse1- waiting 189 days as of 10/22/15
9. @ttran076 - 5 relay box. Ordered and paid on 3/19/15 and yet to receive.
10. @Sna - 5 fuse RTMR with a Yotamac mount and breaker. Ordered and paid- April 29, 2015
