    I've come from forums that always had a minimum post rule, because people get burned a lot. Hopefully its legit, if not thats why we use paypal.

    Pics look legit, price isn't unusual, and most bumpers are local sales only since they're heavy and large.

    Buyer beware applies to everybody, look at Skygear for example.. super active member, lots of informative posts, lots of people met him, liked him, spoke well of him - then he went south and disappeared with lots of money.

    Cover your ass in case things don't work out, and use your judgement. Most of the time you come out okay.

    I think OP is good to go, and will probably sell this bumper without too much trouble.
